This older lake home had been neglected for a number of years and needed to be up-dated and modernized for today's lifestyle. It originally had no central air conditioning and only baseboard heating in each room. The Kitchen was very small, dark and closed off front he rest of the living spaces and had no view of the lake. The Master Bedroom had no on suite Bathroom and limited closet space and the Basement level was virtually unfinished. Overall the home had limited storage space and was very dark inside. The homeowners desired to lighten up the inside and outside, open up the main living areas, expand the Kitchen and create a new Master Suite with an accessible Bathroom and a walk-in-Closet. We enhanced the views with more windows, and added a street side and lake side Covered Porch addition to create enhanced outdoor living spaces and improve the curb appeal..
